SHIPPING INFORMATION

What method do you ship?

Items are shipped via USPS First Class & Priority.

How soon after production can I expect my order?

Items are shipped twice weekly. Items are shipped after they go through production. To figure out the production time of your items please take a look at our Production Policies.  You will receive a shipping update and a tracking code (*international customers, please see exception). USPS can take 3-4 days standard depending on your area. If you would like express shipping please inquire at orders@candy-strike.com
*International customers unfortunately do not receive full tracking due to USPS First Class Mail. You may be able to track your package partially. Delivery confirmation is provided. Please email immediately if you have issues with your international shipping.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Exchanges are free! Please contact us if you need a new size or something adjusted. We will email you a return label to print out and place on your package. Send the item back and we will make you a new size. Exchanges take less production time than new orders and are completed in 7-8 days after the return is received. Curated & Jewelry do not have a production time and are exchanged as soon as they are received.
Returns can be made by contacting us within 7 days of delivery of your item. Refunds (minus shipping) are given after the returned item is received. Art, custom orders, clearance items, and swimwear are non-returnable. Damaged merchandise will be given full refund by contacting us within 7 days of delivery of your item.
